Brie Larson Shares Photo of Her First Meeting With Ms. Marvel's Iman Vellani

Plot details for the movie are still being kept under wraps but the Captain Marvel sequel will collect many plot threads from the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe MCU. Captain Marvel was last seen in the middle credits scene for Shang Chi and Legends of the Ten Rings while Fury is currently based on Skrull spaceship. Rambeau de Parris made his WandaVision debut as an agent for S.W.O.R.D. He got powers at the end of the chain. The mid-credits scene also indicated that shell travel to space to meet Fury who will be the focus of his Disney+ TV series Secret Invasion. Meanwhile, Ms. Marvel of Vellani is currently starring in her own Disney+ TV series which explores her character's origins and her admiration for Captain Marvel. Villani isn't the only Ms. Marvel star to return to The Marvels. Sagar Sheikh Zenobia Shroff and Mohan Kapoor will reprise their roles as Kamala's older brother Aamir's mother Munibeh and father Yusuf in the film. For her part, it is rumored that Brie Larson will have a cameo in the Disney + series.

Despite all these new heroes joining Larson in The Marvels, the actor has no plans to leave the MCU. Modernity is not even close to fading out. It is the excitement of a lifetime.
