Mayans M.C. Season 4, Episode 8, "The Wrath of a Gentleman", Summary and Spoilers

Last week's episode of Mayans M. Season 4 Dialogue with the Mirror saw the club's titular assault on Sons of Anarchy. While their attempt to assassinate several prominent members of the Sons of Anarchy was met with mixed success the Maya brought down some of the cyclists. However, things took a personal turn when EZ Reyes killed his ex-girlfriend Gaby to protect her brother after she swore to turn him over for shooting a security guard while they were on the run. Here's a spoiler-filled recap of the Mayan MC. Season 4 Episode 8 An Honorable Man's Wrath deals with the repercussions of that episode.

The battle between the Sons of Anarchy and the Maya intensified

After the events of the last episode, EZ finds himself dreaming about the beautiful and horrific moments of his relationship with Gaby. Soon he went to the butcher shop of his father Felipe Reyes. There EZ tells Felipe that Gabe is dead and says he finally knows who she is. EZ thinks it's a force of destruction. This infuriates Felipe who talks about how disappointed EZs mother is and the biker agrees. EZ quickly leaves and Felipe breaks down in tears. EZ also spoke to Angel Reyes who apologizes for putting him in such a bad situation.

 Later in the temple, Marcos Alvarez gathers the Maya to plan their next move against the Sons of Anarchy who have been attacking the club's members. Alvarez highlights a devastating attack designed to destroy the San Bernardinos card and make Sons of Anarchy think twice about any future revenge. However, Alvarez himself does not participate in the attack which other Maya leaders say is too valuable to lose. Kanesh the leader of the Maya Yuma chose to go with Santo Padre instead of Alvarez.

The Maya take many of the founding members of San Bernardino by surprise and even infiltrate the chapter compound to launch a sneak attack. The Maya team from Santo Padre beat San Bernardino although several members were injured. The bishop was almost killed but Taza saved him. While the Sons of Anarchy members are kidnapped EZ enters the Church of Letters and shoots one of the members hiding there. Kanch comes to support him. EZ then turns to Yuma Mayan and says I caught you slipping echoing Kanshs words earlier in the season. Then EZ shoots Canche in the head. The angel walks right after the shooting.

Returning to the Santo Padre Club the Mayans celebrate their victory. EZ expresses sympathy to Manny for Kanschs death. Yuma then advised Mayan to try to promote to the position of vice president of his club because the leadership would change after Kanschs death. There is a clear sense that Mane suspects EZ played some role in Kansas's death. Bishop Wataza made things clear too with the latter saying he no longer owed the former anything for not allowing him to shoot himself the night he confessed to killing Reese. The Creeper also brings Cody to the party and they are drinking with Bishop. Later the creeper tells Cody that he wishes to be his girlfriend someday and notes that she is open to the possibility.

The war between the Sons of Anarchy and the Maya causes a setback for Jess who gives Terry a member of the San Bernardino Sons of Anarchy the cot that starts the fight. Jasmine ambushed Jess and yells at her that Terry was injured during the Mayan attack in the last episode. Terry's shepherd appears to have returned as a result of the attack and everyone is afraid of him. It is not clear who he is. Jess tells Jazz that she should dump Terry for his bad behavior but she refuses. Instead, Jazz threatens Jess and tells her that she will reveal her sale to the Maya family if she doesn't do exactly what Sons of Anarchy wants.

Mayan angel m. adapts to being a father

A major subplot of The Wrath of a Gentleman involves Angel and Adelita meeting and trying to raise their child together. Adelita is clearly frustrated that her baby cant breastfeed and she quickly admits that she must be devastated after all the bad things she did that happened to her. She describes herself as a monster and says that by killing the people who raised him before in Mayans M. Season 4 he perpetuates the same trauma he suffered. But Angel says his job is to protect his son from ending up like them. Angel also says that if Adelita leaves again she will keep her child.

Elsewhere Emily Galindo runs away from work when someone comes looking for her. He takes a bus ticket and takes a bag from the locker. The bag contains a lot of money a new passport and a driver's license. She took the bus to Covington Kentucky where her son and sister are finally she brings Gilly Ray and her son to stay at her home after her husband Paul nearly killed the boy earlier in Mayan MC. In season 4 they end up having a conversation discussing their time in the army and Ray reveals that they killed a family while in Mosul. Ray takes responsibility for what happened but Gilly explodes with anger. Later he fell asleep in his car with his gun nearby.

Lobos New Generation Mayans M. Poster Begins To Unravel

Mayas M. Finally one of the most important subplots of The Righteous Fury of an Honorable Man pushes with the leader of the new generation of the Lubos cartel El Banquero. At the beginning of the episode, The Banker's mother passed away. This leads to a breakdown as he confronts his sister Soledad and tells her that he alone controls the cartel. He will not cooperate with her anymore and says that if he allows her to live he will lock her away from the world. But Soledad has other plans. At the end of The Just Wrath of an Honorable Man series, it is revealed that she has kidnapped Miguel Galindo at the start of last week's episode of Mayans M. As the episode ends Soledad says the two need to talk foreshadowing an alliance between them.
