Can 'NCIS' or 'NCIS: Los Angeles' Finish Next Season?

TV shows cant go on forever. And the longer the show goes on the more likely it is to come to the end of the series than most. Take the NCIS franchise for example. He's already said goodbye to an occasional company New Orleans in 2021 NCIS is entering its 20th season and Los Angeles on its 14th. Could it end in 2023?
